These terms govern your use of Yekeep's ordering platform, website and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
1. The service
- QR table ordering, digital menu, order management, kitchen display, printing, membership, inventory and reporting;
- Features vary by plan. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice for material changes.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account;
- You must provide accurate business information and keep it updated;
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or unlawful content.
3. Plans, fees and billing
- Free: RM 0, core ordering with Yekeep branding;
- Pro: RM 79/month billed annually (RM 99 monthly);
- Chain: RM 129/outlet/month billed annually (RM 149 monthly), minimum 3 outlets;
- Menu setup is RM 199 one-off, waived on annual plans. No setup fee otherwise;
- Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable. We may change prices with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
4. Payments
Payment processing is provided by third-party providers (e.g. FPX, card and e-wallet partners). Their fees are passed through, plus a platform fee of 0.5% when online payments are enabled. We do not hold or settle your sales proceeds; funds settle directly to your registered account.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period;
- Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase if the service has a material defect we cannot fix;
- Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months;
- Menu setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading or infringing content;
- No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or bypass security;
- No use for money laundering, card testing or other fraudulent activity;
- You are responsible for menu prices, taxes, food safety and guest disputes.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design and documentation remain ours or our licensors'. You keep ownership of your menu, images and customer data, and grant us a limited licence to host and display them to provide the service.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for third-party outages (including payment providers and internet).
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. On termination we provide an export of your data and delete it after the retention period required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
